Her career spans founder-led brand building, North American marketing leadership, go-to-market strategy, sponsorship architecture, PR direction, and cross-channel campaign execution. She has built and led one of the longest-running women’s teams in the United States, directed market strategy and communications for global brands, negotiated high-impact partnership ecosystems, and overseen launches from concept through sustained growth.

But beyond titles and campaigns, Kelli’s work is rooted in instinct and discipline. She understands both the art and the architecture of brand building, how culture shapes perception, how structure drives growth, and how clarity creates authority. Her approach balances data with design, intuition with execution, and creativity with commercial impact.
